Eli is a managing director in the Fixed Income Research department for Raymond James and serves as a corporate research analyst. He is responsible for identifying high-yield and investment-grade corporate securities that are expected to outperform/underperform their benchmarks or sectors. His ideas can provide Raymond James customers with an opportunity to enhance their total returns.

Eli has extensive expertise in analyzing complex transactions, diverse industries, various credit sectors and all parts of the capital structure. His focus has been on discovering and maximizing expected returns in high-grade and high-yield credits, recommending long positions and short positions, and providing timely, leverageable responses to market developments.

Eli joined Raymond James in April 2016. Prior to joining Raymond James, he was a portfolio manager and analyst at a credit hedge fund. He has also held senior positions with BNP, HSBC and Lehman Brothers.

Eli earned his B.A. cum laude from Yeshiva University. He also completed an advanced accounting certification from Northwestern University.
